Terrible. Sold be 2008 lexus rx 350z that had major engine problems among other major problems. Literally had check engine lights come on within 2 hours of getting home. This was October 17, 2024. Refused to give me money back. They do not up date you on anything unless you are diligent in contacting them. And maybe they might give information. January 5, 2025 I still do not have my and have been informed it needs a new used engine! No ETA . Refuse to give money but constantly tell you they want to make it right with customer. Do not buy here. Worst customer service ever and dealer ship I ever experienced . Upper management might email. They blow you off once they have your money. I will never use this place or recommend. More

DO NOT BUY HERE! !! I bought a vehicle, the check engine light was on when I test drove it. I was promised they would get it in to get the issue tested and fixed. They !! I bought a vehicle, the check engine light was on when I test drove it. I was promised they would get it in to get the issue tested and fixed. They also promised they would email the sales paperwork and I didn’t need hard copies. I had to call them four times to get my sales paperwork, they kept telling me they would email it but never did. I had to show up in person before they would send it to me, a week and a half after I bought the vehicle. While I was there I asked about the check engine light again and they said they would fix it but weren’t able to get me an appointment at that time. I called five more times to try to schedule an appointment and they would make excuses and refuse to give me a call back. I ended up taking the vehicle to a mechanic who ran tests on it. The vehicle had a bad EGR and a rear main seal leak. Now I’m out of pocket another $3500 because this dealership flat out does not care about their customers. It has been a horrible experience.
