It was worst experience I ever had with mercedes benz service in 9 years. They said vehicle was fixed and I can drive knowing that rim was bent and tire wasn’t balanced right. I had to come back 3 times service in 9 years. They said vehicle was fixed and I can drive knowing that rim was bent and tire wasn’t balanced right. I had to come back 3 times to fix the same issue with the tire and vibration. Team was very unprofessional and I had to waste 10 hrs of my life driving back and forth. No compensation or discount was offered either. Service adviser Lance was able to resolve the issue and helped me to avoid coming back 4th time. More

Car has been in shop twice for Sirius radio and no one seems to know how to fix the problem to make it work. Shameful for the amount of money you pay for the car. More

Tire Purchase I chose to purchase 4 tires for my 2014 CLA250 from the dealership because the incentive of $150 off the price for four tires made the total cost more I chose to purchase 4 tires for my 2014 CLA250 from the dealership because the incentive of $150 off the price for four tires made the total cost more attractive than from a "tire store". All went well until I got ready to pay for the tires and alignment by check. I was informed by my service advisor the dealership no longer accepted checks as payment. I should note no where on any service advisor's desk was there any notice the dealership did not accept check as payment. The solution offered was (a) pay by credit card or (b) the dealership would drive me to a bank and I could get cash. I wasn't thrilled with option A and option B reminded me of a little boy getting money to buy candy or a toy. Though not thrilled I used my credit card (had I wanted to use a credit card I would have done so in the first place). I wonder what the outcome would have been if I didn't have a credit card, or if my bank was an out of state bank? Put the old tires back on? Now, I must transfer the money from the account I was going to use for the tire purchase to the account I use to pay my credit card statement. I'm not sure if I'll be back for a service work, but if I do, I'll bring cash. More

It worked out in the end Overall.... service was good. There was a huge mistake at the beginning that I caught once I got home and I had already paid almost $500 that I wasn' Overall.... service was good. There was a huge mistake at the beginning that I caught once I got home and I had already paid almost $500 that I wasn't supposed to pay. They told me I had already used all of my maintenance plan service.... so they did Service B and I paid almost $500. Once I got home, I checked my files and I found that my maintenance plan was still valid, I called them first thing Monday morning, they checked the system again, found it and apologized. So I had to make another appointment to bring the car in so they could do/finished service since there was a lot more to be done because they were now doing everything that came with the maintenance plan, versus only doing Service B. After one and a half weeks, I eventually got my money back. More

David was incredibly helpful and kind, he provided a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on and also c the pleasure of working with David. Going above and beyond David Sharp my new rep with Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City is a truly awesome service rep. He went above and way beyond my expectations of making sure David Sharp my new rep with Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City is a truly awesome service rep. He went above and way beyond my expectations of making sure I was happy and the job done not only to my satisfaction but to his. That meant a lot. My previous rep would just have me sign the work order and NEVER showed concern or care if the job was done right. And no communication or honesty. I almost lost hope in Mercedes Benz commitment to excellence. It has also been a pleasure working with Mr. Frank Charles he’s very friendly and courteous and provides a nice courtesy vehicle when i need one while my car is being serviced. Ms. Brooke Eixenberger was very kind, knowledgeable and forth coming in my negotiations of buying my car. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and fun even personable. I have truly enjoyed my overall experience within the Mercedes Benz organization. Thank you! More
