No pressure and lots of patience I have never received anything but excellent customer service at Tasca GMC of Woonsocket. The service department is excellent, always setting me up with a loaner car if my car service was not a quick resolve. This past week, we bought our second car from Tasca. For the past 4 weeks, I have visited with, emailed with, texted with Dave Stravato about what we were looking for in a vehicle. At no point did he pressure me to make a quick decision or to buy a car we couldn't afford. From the beginning, he emphasized that it was a big decision/commitment and we had to do what was best for our family and our finances. He gladly allowed for me to test drive any vehicle I requested, even letting me take a few overnight, so that I could get a real feel for the vehicles and see how my kids' car seats fit in the backseat. He gladly printed up multiple price offerings for us to look at so we could see what each vehicle would cost for different loans (60 month vs. 72 month) and variable amounts of money put down. We knew we were going to purchase a vehicle from Tasca, but we were unsure of which one. It was so nice to not receive any pressure when trying to make a decision. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Dave and his team at Tasca GMC in Woonsocket. More
