What an experience! !! I came in simply to inquire about possibly trading in my Nissan Rogue and ended up walking away with a BRAND NEW TOYOTA RAV4. Brand new as in ZERO !! This was the most pleasant and the most easiest car buying experience I have had! Arsyndrea (sales consultant) was the absolute BEST!! Such a gem and she eased my nerves and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! And a special shout out to Alexandria (sales manager), Kelvin (General Manager), and David (finance manager) for getting me right and making sure I had everything set on the financial end!
