I just hate this place from sales to service! ! I have always taken my car here for any needs inspite of issues I had with them, but this last visit did it for me! I have a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE a ! I have always taken my car here for any needs inspite of issues I had with them, but this last visit did it for me! I have a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE and they told me my engine head was cracked!!! HOW???!!! I’ve always taken my car here, never ran hot, coolant always at appropriate levels and NO ONE could explain how this could have happened! So I was in a bad situation, I was crying and upset! I needed a vehicle and I wasn’t prepared to pay $6,000 for repairs!! So I went up front to possibly purchase another vehicle…first my salesman was horrible! (David) He was not sympathetic with my tears and my disbelief, all he cared about was making a sale! He convinced me to settle for a car(true it was a 2024) but I was losing what I loved most about my car!! Plus my car note increased by $200. The car was not on the lot and I was waiting for it to be delivered, they put me in a rental, but I just was not truly happy about my experience, he also was pressuring me to write a survey on him while he sat there, so I wrote positive words when I really didn’t want to!! Let’s just say I’m glad I will never have to go to that dealership again! Oh also when I came back and told them I was taking my business elsewhere magically they can NOW put me in the exact car I had but 2024 model and the price wouldn’t change!! We all know that was lies! I would suggest if you are a single woman Always take a MAN or someone who knows how to negotiate and see through their lies!! Buyer BEWARE!! Go somewhere else or definitely choose the right salesman!! More
