The buying process was great. Aaron was great. The car however is not that great. I understand that it is a used car, however, it doesn’t seem to have been inspected very well bei Aaron was great. The car however is not that great. I understand that it is a used car, however, it doesn’t seem to have been inspected very well being being put up for sale. Right when we got the car it started making a loud crunching noise noise in the front passenger break area every time we would break. Aaron was gray and let us take it in to be looked at. The mechanics said that there was nothing wrong and they just make loud noises like that and the only way it would go away was if the break was replaced. They said there was enough life on them that they didn’t need replacing. Later that week, my car began to drive loudly as if the catalytic converter was missing. We took it in and the pipe connecting to the converter rusted out and was disconnected. We were told to take it to another place to get it fixed, which we did and Toyota covered the cost of the repair. However this week, my car has started making a loud noise again and we suspect that there is a rusted out hole in another part of the car’s exhaust system. We feel like at this point, there is no point in reaching out because we probably wouldn’t get any assistance this time around. It is just disappointing that we have had this car just under a month and it seems that one thing after another has been happening. I understand that people spend a lot mor money on cars there, however, $10k (especially when paying in cash) is a lot of money to drop on a car that has had something come up almost weekly. I have a 3 star review because I am not the happiest with the car, but Aaron has been great through the whole process. More

I had to travel over 21/2 hrs. and out of state to get to the dealership and he had Aaron Andrews was my salesman. He did an outstanding job for me. The car was just how he described it. He made a difficult situation easy. Dawn in finance was great also. She was very polite and wasn’t pushy. She gave me a good deal on an extended Toyota Certified Warranty. I even called my local Toyota Dealer and made sure. They said “she is giving you a DEAL”! I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a Toyota. Just wished they were around me! More
