Having a Grand Cherokee prior as well as a Liberty and Wrangler my husband and I knew we wanted to stay with Jeep for reliability and look. Dawn Diluccio answered all my questions before I came in th Wrangler my husband and I knew we wanted to stay with Jeep for reliability and look. Dawn Diluccio answered all my questions before I came in therefore I knew what was available and what I wanted to pay. Stephanie Singer greeted us immediately and informed us every step of the way. We were in/out in <2 hours. Cheryl Brown showed me the new features on the vehicle that I didn’t even know my trade in had. We left with a Grand Cherokee in the model and coloring wanted. Even though there is a dealership around the corner from us, my husband will be back to look at the Rams when other models and colors come in.
