Unfortunately I have give one star but this dealership doesn’t even deserve that!! The manager Marcus will lie to you will looking you straight in the face! My daughter bought her first car on her own here at the end of August 2023 she even purchased a warranty since it is a used car. So while I understand that parts go out in vehicles I don’t expect a $3000 repair of a catalytic converter in less than a month and a half! Of course they tell me that its a part that wears out like belts or tires and we don’t feel responsible to do anything. That being said I will make sure that my daughter and everyone we know does not purchase a vehicle here as they do not stand behind their vehicles. I will shout it out on every social media platform and every website!!! More

I ordered my Kia Telluride 4/4/2022. I was leary about putting down a deposit, but I was assured there would be no dealer markup on my order. Jimmy Greene was fantastic about my texting off and on to check on status. Although it did take 13 months and 1 day (Kia factorys fault, not the dealer), I did pickup my new 2023 telluride today. As promised no markups. I even was surprised that I was given a fair market trade in on my vehicle. They were honest and delivered exactly as promised. Shout out also to the sales manager (sorry forgot her name) she was very friendly and thanked us also for our purchase, and also Eden the paperwork guy was not pushy when it came to asking about extra warranties etc. The whole team was excellent.
