I’m from Philadelphia and went to a number of dealership in the city because I decided to venture further. Thanks to the constant Faulkner TV commercials, this was my first stop at a dealership outside the city and it was exactly what I was looking for! David Rice was an absolute delight from the get-go. He was extremely informative and accommodating. Dawn Markee from finance was also amazing. For once, my opinion actually felt respected leaving a financial office at a car dealership. The dealerships in the city will throw papers at you and be incredibly condescending if you don’t fork over the money to match their high prices and expensive packages that you don’t want; not at Faulkner! Thanks to the courtesy and respect I got from Faulkner, I would give them more business any day and have already started recommending them to friends! They are worth the drive! More
