These guys aren’t worth your time or money. Terrible service. Always takes FOREVER. EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! They recommend waaaaaaaay more “service” than you actually need, and the last 2 ti Terrible service. Always takes FOREVER. EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! First off,Man dealing with Duck was great. Super good guy, understands his customers needs and works with you in a non pushy salesman type way. Secondly there was a freeze 3 days after I purchased my new car and the rear taillight froze over on the inside of the housing. They were quick to have me come in and replaced everything with new parts. No hassle, no questions asked. Like I said previously just a great experience dealing with them over all! More

The Service Dept is excellent. They keep me update with all service needs & recalls. Very nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Everyone makes eye contact even when saying hi. Other dealership (E.V.) either do not return vehicles without forgetting to put parts back in or are very pushy and try to upsell everything such as replacing a fuel filter on an electric vehicle. CDJR of Woodstock is great for Service & i'm here to stay. More
