Every experience I have had with Jenkins Chevrolet is a positive one. Payton and Sandeep have been my “go-to” team every time. Payton is not pushy but makes sure you have what you need, checks with you thr positive one. Payton and Sandeep have been my “go-to” team every time. Payton is not pushy but makes sure you have what you need, checks with you throughout the process, and is calm at every turn. Sandeep is not overly pushy at all either. He does a great job of presenting options and offering creative solutions. Once more… all in a calm and friendly manner. In my different visits to Jenkins, I hav met other salespeople like Nate, Finance Officer Jim, and Customer Relations Dawn. Now these are the only names I remember, but every person at Jenkins has been friendly, happy to assist and always with a smile. I say that you go in just knowing that you are working to reach an agreement that benefits both sides. Yes, the “Jenkins Package” does add to the cost of your purchase. However, Some things really are worth it. If you determine that the deal isn’t for you, I wouldn’t get mad at the team. Sometimes it just works out that way. On my last transaction, my initial visit was a wash. I walked away with nothing but that was okay. Here I am writing this now because in the end, I did get the vehicle I was after once I was more prepared. If you love a Chevy, and are ready to buy, give the Jenkins team a chance… You will be glad you did. More

Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. There is a class action lawsuit dealing with issues specifically for this being heard in March. Ours is failing and we were told it's our problem. They know/knew this existed on their vehicles and have failed to address or fix/compensate people for this specific issue. Just a heads up. We won't be the first or last this happens to. More
