Oakes was a pleasant experience overall. They worked fast and weren’t too pushy. However, when I was in the finance office, Roman took the truck I was buying around back to get detailed. An hour later, after I finished the deal, I came out to find that the detailer never got my truck in and didn’t know it needed to be detailed. But I had to leave and make the 2 hour drive back home. It’s overall a nice dealership with a variety of vehicles and nice employees. They try their best to help out. But the only thing is that they don’t answer calls.
