AWFUL experience with this company. Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, it was only 1 quarter filled. Then I realize 2 weeks after buying, the back window doesn’t go down. You would think they would fix it on their end because it’s within 30 days…but nope! Then I go to get the window looked at there and they charge me almost $200 for their “diagnosis” which I was told would be accepted at the Toyota dealership for service. Flash forward we bring it to Toyota they tell us 1) they don’t accept other people’s diagnosis’ and I had to pay a second diagnostic fee. 2) their diagnosis was also incorrect. You would think they would refund me! Nope again. Went to try to talk to someone, got shuffled around because there’s no one there that can actually resolve issues. The worst management I’ve ever seen. They tell us we can’t get a refund, but I can come get my oil changed or inspection done for free. Like I would trust them to do anything with my car at this point. I fr don’t know how this place is in business. Edit: they saw this review and worked hard to fix my issues and gave me a refund which I appreciate. More

Got fired from this company for no reason at all and now I'm receiving messages about me going to the Mitsubishi store which I am not, nor have I purchased a vehicle from them. It's been over two months since I've bought/paid in full the +70000 car from your dealership (4/29/2021). As of today, I still have not received my title, tag, and registration, and my 60-day temp tag had e the +70000 car from your dealership (4/29/2021). As of today, I still have not received my title, tag, and registration, and my 60-day temp tag had expired. MD MVA had told me twice there's no evidence CarVision had submitted any paperwork. Car was paid off and all paperwork was completed at dealership.Passed inspection and title application were mailed to your dealership with USPS tracking. This dealership intentionally sold me and other buyers cars without title leading to massive delays of important documentation. In the mean time, car can not be registered, can not be driven without tag, can not be sold or enjoyed. They have not responded to my request for proof of title/ownership. PA AG sued this dealer for frauds and similar illegal practices couple years and they are still in business. Nice job, Pennsylvania! More
