Outstanding Service I had the pleasure of working with Dean throughout my lengthy process. I went in to the dealership afraid and unsure due to so many issues. Dean stood I had the pleasure of working with Dean throughout my lengthy process. I went in to the dealership afraid and unsure due to so many issues. Dean stood by myside this entire time. From the moment I arrived he provided me with so much knowledge on the vehicles, the finance process, my negative equity, my trade in and was honest on what he could and could not do for me. Due to my busy schedule my process took longer than normal (4 days) however Dean was never pushy and worked with me. After what seemed to be a bad week Dean kept his promises and helped me get out of my old car with so much negative equity into my 2017 Elantra. With the help of Dominick and Shahid I was able to walk out with an amazing car and an amazing deal. This was such a blessing to me all I could do was cry.
