Dave was extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough, and truly wanted us to understand everything about our new Bronco sport. He went an extra million miles to help figure out why my FordPass thorough, and truly wanted us to understand everything about our new Bronco sport. I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update.
