On this trip, besides Debbie, we worked with Keith through the sale, financing our new Fusion and every step was a pleasure and totally painless. The entire Tom's team is a great group of people to work with. I no longer mind car shopping. This my 5th Tom's Ford vehicle and many more to come. More

Never once did I feel any pressure to make a deal right there, on the spot. I called the following morning and said I was interested in the car I had test drove. We processed paperwork over the phone which helped to limit the amout of time I had to spend in the dealersihp when picking up my car. From the time I called her to the time I drove away in my car, only a few hours had passed. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to this salesperson or team at Tom's Ford. More

My husband and I each leased a new vehicle are extremely happy with our experience at Toms Ford.I leased a 2014 Escape and he leased a 2014 Focus. We have been leasing Fords since 1995 and this was our first time at this dealership and I have to say we will be long time customers. Everyone there was friendly and worked well together. Debbie is a unique saleswoman and a breath of fresh air. I will be recommending Toms Ford and Debbie to Family and friends. More

Only dealer I'll go to I went to Tom's Ford on 4/18/14 to turn in a car I had previously leased from them. Similar to my last visit, everything went smoothly and I left more than happy! After initially meeting with Enrico he was able to find a few cars similar to what I was interested in-a 2014 Explorer. Debbie promptly showed me two cars and Enrico was able to quickly determine which option would be best for me. Within an hour I filled out my initial paperwork and I was able to return later on in the day to pick up my beautiful brand new Explorer! Scott was very professional and efficient in going over the rest of the paperwork with me. Everyone worked seamlessly together to make this an easy, pleasant experience. Debbie is so friendly and helpful and I love that she puts a ribbon in your new car and on your keys, this extra little touch just goes to show that she cares about her customers and really makes the car buying experience special. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and comfortable and I fully trust all the professionals I worked with today knowing that they are honest and have their customers' best interests in mind. As I mentioned earlier, this is my second car I've got from this dealer. I've also referred family members to them and they too have has a great experience. Tom's Ford will continue to be the only Ford dealer I go to for all my car buying needs. More

I have used Tom's Ford for several years to service my Mercury vehicle. The Service Dept. is outstanding, with friendly and thoroughly honest service at fair prices. Most dealers exhibit a "vulture-like" sales environment. It is different at Tom's Ford. The sales environment is entirely no-pressure, friendly and overall professional. Salesperson Debbie is extremely caring and personable. She spent substantial time with me to assess my needs to ensure the most appropriate vehicle selection and terms. More

I first shopped at all american ford in Old Bridge for a pickup truck. What a bad experience that was, they played games with the price of the vehicle and were really pushy and rude. Both myself and my wife are always impressed with the cordialness of all of the employee's at Tom's Ford. We are always greeted with a smile and a "how are you". We joke about the memories of some of t cordialness of all of the employee's at Tom's Ford. We are always greeted with a smile and a "how are you". We joke about the memories of some of the staff as a salesperson I've never worked (Rod Anderson) with but always takes the time to start a conversation with me, actually remembered I had an injury the last time I was in for service. And then there's Debbie Wagner who remembered my wife's hair color being different from the last time she saw her which was over three years prior. Considering we have bought one vehicle and leased two with Tom's over the last 4 years, and during the overall process of shopping, test driving then the negotiation of price we've never felt pressured. Our recent trip to Tom's had me make an appointment for 10am on a Saturday w/ Debbie and when we got there she was waiting for my wife and I and had numerous Ford Edge's ready for us to look at. This was the second time we worked with Debbie and after finializing the deal it's was like working with someone you could call a friend. Honestly, I compared dealing with car dealerships like going to a dentist. You hate going but you have to go even though you know it's going to hurt. I (we) don't feel like that working with Tom's Ford. Tom's Ford is a dealership I would and I have referred others to shop at. More
