Josh provided excellent attention and courtesy while answering our questions and making the purchase economics work regarding the purchase as well as the trade-in value of our legacy GL450. Debi was great at making the document process run smoothly and fast as well which was extremely helpful given our small children being present for the purchase. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend these two individuals to others for their purchase needs. More

The Team here responded to my Internet Inquiry with respect and a sincere desire to help me get to the price I needed to make the Deal. "Zeke" was warm and sincere over the phone, plus very respectful of my time. I was treated like Royality when I arrived at the Dealership. Debi the Finance Manager was so very nice as well. For some misc. items, when she ran my VIsa Card the charge was denied! She was so polite and considerate of possible embarrassment to me. I knew the card had lots of charging capacity so I volunteered to call them for approval. She suggested: "before you do that, let me key in the number as at times the swipe does not work". She did just that and the charge was approved. She has a sincere desire to make this purchase process painless. I am so glad that I found this Team! More

Mercedes-Benz of Columbus definitely deserves 5 stars because of their great management, awesome customer service and sincere honesty. Bob and Debi also deserve a mention for their wonderful customer service and making our purchase a great experience.
