Service Department -- Second to None! We have taken all of our cars for our maintenance service needs to Sullivan Brothers for about 22 years. This includes some non Nissan cars. Always fairly priced, done right the first time and excellent and timely communications. Two days ago we purchased our 6th car from Sullivan Brothers. Our sales representative was Debbie Miller. She was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Rogue and what the inventory options were at the dealership. Debbie is very good at her job and we will ask for her the next time we buy a car there. Paul O'Sullivan always makes us feel welcome and valued. He gave us a very fair offer on our trade-in and he gave us an excellent and very competitive price on the new car. My wife and I enjoy working with Paul. Finally, Evan Hogan greeted us as soon as we arrived. He made some initial contact with me prior to our visit to the dealership. His follow up was outstanding. Like the rest of the Sullivan Brothers' team, he made us feel valued and welcome. Both Debbie and Evan told my wife to come back anytime if she had any questions regarding the features and operations of her new Rogue. Service like this is why we always go to Sullivan first! More

Above and Beyond I was greeted first thing before I even walked through the doors with a friendly face! I did not really know what I wanted and Deb went out of her way to make sure I was getting into a car I loved. We test drove a couple and found I loved. She made sure the finace team knew what I wanted to pay and they delivered!! Deb also gave me so gifts just for coming in!! I also recieved a new set of rugs for my new car. After a few days I noticed some minor issues and Deb got me right in to get them fixed and rented me a car so I could get to and from work until the repairs were complete. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to go here! All the staff are amazing and work hard to satisfy the customer. More
