We walked into the dealership yesterday . We knew what we wanted to spend and which vehicle that we wanted . Flavio met us at the door and listened to our needs . We not only got truck we wanted , but with more options . We picked up our new Pathfinder the same day . When we showed up to pick it up , he came outside and tended to myself , my wife’s and our 3 small children’s needs to the fullest . Just an outstanding man !!! Flavio and your staff are truly the Best team that we have ever encountered at any dealership . You now have our business forever !!! I wish everyone in every industry had employees such as Flavio . He let us walk away to think without pressuring us. We had previously looked at another car elsewhere and within minutes of leaving, we received 2 texts and an email. Never cared for that kind of sales approach. Not with Cory - he respected our decision. Can’t say enough good things about him. Always a genuine smile and was there for us.
