When I had a blowout on I 35, after contacting MBrace and being put on hold for road service - who NEVER picked up, I texted Mrs. Malone to let her know I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and stranded on the shoulder of I 35, she not only contacted local road assistance, but came and allowed me to sit in her vehicle while I waited. That is truly customer service! Thank you! Whenever I visit the dealership, from the time I drive up, I am greeted with friendly smiles! Whatever service I need, it is done with expertise and timeliness. I feel the prices are fair and, again, the customer service is outstanding! Setting the Bar for Customer Service! I first test drove a Mercedes in late 2016. My sales person was awesome, but I didn't make my mind up to purchase until Jan 2018. I contacted the same sales person, Debra Osborne, and test drove an E 300 and fell in love with it. Ms. Osborne was awesome to work with -- low pressure and extremely friendly and accommodating. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and with my buying experience. Brooke, the finance manager, took excellent care of us also. She even took the time to call the bank on the phone to try to negotiate a lower rate (and she was successful!!). She recommended the tire and wheel protection package, and it paid off 3 days later when one of our tires got a nail in it and had to be replaced. More
