I’ll start by saying that everyone who works here is very kind! The business is unorganized overall though. I brought my car in for 2 recalls, which I told the representative about on the phone when I set up kind! The business is unorganized overall though. I brought my car in for 2 recalls, which I told the representative about on the phone when I set up my appointment. The representative set my appointment for me and told me she ordered the parts. Rob helped me when I arrived and told me that he just ordered my replacement parts. (Despite the fact that I was previously told the parts were ordered) 3 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything from the dealership. I reached out via their inquiry form online but also did not hear back. I decided to call the dealership and was transferred twice and accidentally hung up on once before they realized Rob was on vacation. I was then told my parts were in and I could schedule an appoints even though Rob was out of office. I set an appointment and came in on Saturday. I was offered their complimentary shuttle for my ride home, which I appreciated! After waiting 35 minutes I went back to the front desk to ask if they had an update on the shuttle since this time I didn’t receive a confirmation text with the ETA and map like I had when I dropped off the car initially. I was told the driver was making a run in Moorpark and would be back soon. Once I went to sit down, I got the confirmation text which led me to believe that the associate forgot to submit my initial request. I waiting around for another 15 minutes before the shuttle arrived. When I returned to pick up my car, I was informed one part was discontinued (which is not their fault but would have been nice to know upfront) More
