In my opinion they are marking up the interest on the loans between 5-7%. Deiter us very unprofessiona, rude and I feel should not be in sales at all. He told me that people with perfect credit scores are getting 7% on loans. This is because they are marking up the buy rate. I went somewhere else got an almost identical vehicle and my interest rate was 4.9%not 11% saved me a ton of money going somewhere else. More
