I am extremely pleased with the experience I had with Woody Buick and with Dell in particular. Dell and everyone else who helped, including the gentleman who went over the finances and extended warrantie Woody Buick and with Dell in particular. After leasing a 2023 Terrain from Dell Kegley I did not hesitate to contact him recently as my lease was about to expire and I wanted to lease a new 2026 Terrain. Be sure to ask for Dell Kegley at Woody's if you are buying a car. Dell is quite knowledgeable about the vehicles, has clear communication about the process of what needs to happen next, took the time buying a car. Dell is quite knowledgeable about the vehicles, has clear communication about the process of what needs to happen next, took the time to show me the multiple screens on the tablet, was patient when my phone didn't want to connect to On Star, demonstrated the Terrain Denali features, set the driver's seat and lift gate settings for my personal needs, and is an all-around super nice guy. Home delivery was a great feature. Dell is both professional and friendly. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. More

Dell was awesome, this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car . I have never had a sales person explain all the car functions and features like he did.
