A Straight Forward, No Games Dealership - J Torres We did our homework. We found the SUV we wanted and made a reasonable offer on Labor Day. We heard back from Josh Pollard the next day and he asked us to come down and test drive the 2018 Highlander; said he believed we could strike a deal. The vehicle was up front and ready. It performed like we expected it would. Josh had a proposal ready and we did strike a deal! We left with the vehicle about an hour or so after getting there. Josh had already talked to his Manager Dell Pauley who also took the time (after the sale) to talk to us for a good while and we got to know him pretty good as well. There's a fantastic group of people, very personable that work at Four Stars Toyota. We got the feeling of a good, honest dealership that we plan on doing business with for many years to come. We are out-of- towners and sadly we couldn't find the same customer care in the town we live in so we had to look elsewhere and we're glad we did. We also wanted to mention Gary Deeb who worked hard in getting us a comprehensive maintenance agreement for a great price to boot. My wife and I love the new SUV and plan to do some traveling.
