Purchased a brand new truck last month and have had a BAD experience overall. Ordered defective part and the new part was defective as well. The service dept did not verify that it was defective and we waste experience overall. Ordered defective part and the new part was defective as well. The service dept did not verify that it was defective and we wasted time. We will not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership ever again. Still waiting for the dealership to make things right..
