They were very nice but felt the process was the typical car buying experience. “Let me get the manager” after test driving. Manager was sketchy on pricing and wouldn’t give cars price (although price was car buying experience. “Let me get the manager” after test driving. Manager was sketchy on pricing and wouldn’t give cars price (although price was on Kia.com) before figuring my trade in value then adding dealers “sale price and fees” before giving the cars list price. Stating Kia.com’s price is not accurate and they can’t figure dealers cost or price on their website. Don’t feel it was a “good deal”. Felt they figured what trade in was and then added that back to cars price before giving us cars total. Then the typical back and forth and a “discount”. Didn’t give the “good condition” KBB on my trade in. Mgr didn’t have info on how to find the Kia app or clear understanding which seems odd since they should be able to know more than customers. Also I had just renewed my tags 5 days prior but when speaking with finance office they wouldn’t transfer tags which added more cost to us and perhaps less work for them? The car was brand new and just received by them, but still had stickers inside and out and was not vacuumed and washed before leaving with it, which most other dealers do. However car did have a full tank of gas which is rare. Again they were nice and answered what questions we had but I had done my own homework in regards to finance prior and was able to obtain a better rate due to that fact. More
