Very good about getting us into the vehicle we wanted. Loved that the carfax and inspections are reviewed. Fair trade for our vehicle. I appreciated being able to work throught 90% of the process via phone ahead of time. I did not apprciate the fact that CarCheif and Coatings are "required", its clear to informed buyers that this is a process via phone ahead of time. I did not apprciate the fact that CarCheif and Coatings are "required", its clear to informed buyers that this is a chance to make a profit margin, while disguising the price as lower. In the end these items end up going into the the total out door price. More
