Rey was patient and had to jump some hurdles with the first vehicle we were to look, since it was a fresh trade in and not clean. When we got another, Colby pulled it BEFORE we got in because it had an AC issue and he didn't want me to drive a car he wasn't going to sell me. Great catch. They found the vehicle I wanted at another location and had it delivered in real time down to our location so I could see / test drive it. And... the detail guy stayed late (or came back) just to clean it before delivery (don't know who that was... but he did me a solid. xxxxxxto him). Rey, Colby, and Denise all stayed late, worked with me tremendously on price, made it a win for me, and went above and beyond to get it done that day. I felt like all three of them were doing what they could to get it done and what I needed. Frankly, it was the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Shout out to Gunther. I'll be back. More
