After buying a Chevy Silverado with 29,000miles, within a month of buying it the transmission started acting weird so I took it in to get it looked at. They told me it was the valve body and after a month of month of buying it the transmission started acting weird so I took it in to get it looked at. They told me it was the valve body and after a month of it sitting on the lot, they said they fixed it. Within a month I started having the same problem. I took it back and now they are telling me it’s going to be another couple weeks of it sitting on the lot. I spoke with a manager to see about swapping the truck for one with a working transmission, they offered me $10,000 less then I paid for the truck and said that’s the best they can do. They called me the day after to see if they could get me to reconsider. They offered me slightly more then before. I told them I’m still not interested. The sales manager asked if I could come in after work to talk so I did. They still wouldn’t budge. I’m still without my truck. I recommend going to any other dealership because this one doesn’t care about you and only cares about making the most money they can off you. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid them. More
