I explained we might be interested in purchasing another MKZ in the future. He stayed in touch without being annoying. When we came in to purchase/lease, he was upfront and very informative about the 2017 MKZ. We didn't get the run around and he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the new car. We think Dennis in the service department is great also. We have been dealing with Parks since 2003 and this was our 3rd car from here. They are our dealership of choice. More

Our service was excellent Both Larry Mills and Bobby Emmrich assisted us during pickup of our car. Although they could find nothing wrong after a major overheat indication, the Both Larry Mills and Bobby Emmrich assisted us during pickup of our car. Although they could find nothing wrong after a major overheat indication, they re-programmed the car's computer in hopes that it would cure the problem. They also performed routine maintenance. They provided a loaner while our vehicle was in the shop. More
