I was happy until my car was keyed when it came back from service at Parks in Nov. I notified them right away.. First they said they said they would take care of it. Took it in mid Dec., they said they service at Parks in Nov. I notified them right away.. First they said they said they would take care of it. Took it in mid Dec., they said they would get back with me after the first of the year. Two email requests and info into their chat in January and Feb. got no response. What a disappointment. ^Five months is long enough to wait for them to just say "Yes" we will fix it or "No" we will not fix it. That was what I asked for in my emails. More

He was very knowledgable and was able to direct me to the specific features and options in the vehicle that were most important to me. Our discussion about price was easy, with no stress and actually pleasant. We shook hands after putting down a nominal deposit, Mike did all of the paperwork for trade in, transferring plates, insurance, registration, title, etc.. and personally delivered the vehicle to my home. After a thorough walk through and test drive he spent time to configure and set up all of the available features. He then drove our trade in back, all of this done from the convenience of my home.. I explained we might be interested in purchasing another MKZ in the future. He stayed in touch without being annoying. When we came in to purchase/lease, he was upfront and very informative about the 2017 MKZ. We didn't get the run around and he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the new car. We think Dennis in the service department is great also. We have been dealing with Parks since 2003 and this was our 3rd car from here. They are our dealership of choice. More

Our service was excellent Both Larry Mills and Bobby Emmrich assisted us during pickup of our car.
