When we first walked into Tustin Hyundai I felt as though I was in an Apple Retail store. The welcome by Dennis (who became our salesman) was friendly, very respectful and courteous. We now have two Hyundai vehicles; a 2023 Nexo and a 2023 Ioniq 6. Both are trouble free and the after sale customer service is exceptional. In addition , the service department treats us like “VIP’s.” We are treated like we are the most important customer of the day each time we visit Patterson Tustin Hyundai. I purchased my new 2023 Hyundai PHEV Tuscon earler this month. I was extremely pleased with the dealership and the sales experience (one comment later). My sales advisor was Dennis Migashkin. He was the most knowledgeable, helpful and thorough sales professional I have ever dealt with. The dealership is clean and very comfortable. So what is my only concern? The upsale of warranty and the lack of disclosures about the warranties. I cancelled most of them (will keep the tire and wheel) but now will have to wait up to 8 weeks for the refund of what I paid. Would I purchase another Hyundai there? Absolutely but will be more careful about the add ons. Ron K More

I had the best experience buying a new car. On October 31 I said out to shop planning on seeing at least three dealerships.
