Car was in for 40,000 mile service which is a costly one! ! I had reserved a loaner but none was available. Derek handled the situation quickly and professionally, offering several solutions. Not his fault that cars hadn’t been returned but still annoying. He assured me the service would be done in two hours so I opted to wait. In fact, the service was done in a little over an hour and Derek did a great job of keeping me informed. Very happy with the service I recieved.. More
