She and TJ handled all the details so alI we had to do was sign the paperwork. Hailey’s professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process. We were given a personal class detailing the cars panel with many highlights, buttons, and connections. I highly recommend Genesis Ontario and especially Hailey for her sales acumen and courtesy. Last week my husband and I went to look at vehicles at Genesis Ontario. We didn’t exactly know what vehicle we were looking for, as we were also looking at Lexus and Audi. Within two minutes of being at t Genesis Ontario. We didn’t exactly know what vehicle we were looking for, as we were also looking at Lexus and Audi. Within two minutes of being at the dealership we were greeted by Eduardo. Eduardo got a good feel of what we were looking for and showed us the Genessis G70. He was extremely helpful, very thorough in explaining the vehicle (it was obvious he knew his stuff), and got us in the vehicle for a test drive. While it was clear, he believed in the brand, he did not feel like a high-pressure salesman. We felt comfortable with him and left, but was told he would get us some pricing. The next day, as promised, he called us with some pricing. They were able to work with our budget and we ended up driving away with the G70. Even after the purchase, Eduardo took extended time to explain all the features of the vehicle to us. He also followed up the next day. Best car salesman I’ve ever had! The dealership feels like top-notch luxury. And we felt respected and appreciated as customers. Shoutout also to Derek and Bailey who helped make the purchase experience seamless and smooth. They were able to answer any and all questions we had. Overall, a wonderful experience at Genesis of Ontario. More
