The service manager doesn’t have a clue. . he told me he couldn’t work on my 3500 because it’s too big and the don’t have a lift that will lift that much weight. I tried to explain that a 2500 and 3500 particularly the 2500 with the heavy towing package are the same truck. He kept telling me he couldn’t only work on 2500 as the biggest truck. The male service writer doesn’t care about his job. I walked in and he was surfing the internet on his phone. I literally stood there for 3 and a half minutes before he noticed I was standing right next to him 5 feet away. I should not have to say excuse me because you are swiping right or left on tinder.
