Sent my benz in for a mandatory brake-related recall repair. I had to make all the towing arrangements for a flat-bed tow truck to take my vehicle to the shop. The repair was done in one day. However, I was not offered a loaner OR the return of my vehicle and was advised "they could get me an Uber or a Lyfte to get me to the repair center". They were happy to call me and tell me all the OTHER things wrong with my car and how it would cost $1500 to fix these items. I said no. I had my wife drive me there to pick up the car. No hassle getting the car back except when I got in to drive away, the interior smelled like really serious perspiration. I had to drive home with the windows all open and then Fabreez the inside once home. Draw you own conclusions about what I thought of the experience. More
