To whom it may concern I came in to inquire about 2018 a 450 GL Mercedes and I gave him all the information he came out he said you've been approved I said what we have to do is clean your car out he said w 450 GL Mercedes and I gave him all the information he came out he said you've been approved I said what we have to do is clean your car out he said what come tomorrow cuz I forgot my insurance he said you got it I'll see you sure positive I really got the car he told me yes he told me yes you have it he said give me your insurance card when I realized I didn't have it so I'm going home and going to get it he said no cuz it's late and just bring it tomorrow and everything be taken care of had my hopes up I was crying I was happy how come the next day he come out with all this oh give me a showings and talked to the insurance people he talked to the bank and then the finance lady came out said I have to give up $13,000 order for me to get the car what 10,000 and I asked him no money down on the day before I hate owing no money you got to trade we're going to do 34000 for your trade when I came in on that Saturday he told me they have to want they washed it is ready to go because on that Friday he said when we have is late and they have to washing and detail it and it be ready for you tomorrow I was so hurt when they said I couldn't get it because if I can come up with this money then I will be able to get it but at this time I couldn't get it because I'll have to have a cosigner or come up with the money and I was very hurt and then I can't think of his name right now a young boy I can't call to my said you never gave me my papers back title copy I believe it was my registration and some other papers he didn't give me all and he said oh I'm not here I'll just tell the other person to give you the papers and I'm looking right at the guy he's telling he's walking around he's on the phone lying to me and I'm looking at them going across the the building the office and he looks inviting my face and still lied he wouldn't even come out and that hurt me so bad you can come and face me because he lied to me. More
