Was supposed to get a three-step detail me being a detailer and knowing that it was not detail like it should have been . Crack in windshield was supposed to been fix they filled it claiming to fill i detailer and knowing that it was not detail like it should have been . I feel as though if this was a pre-certified vehicle that that should not have been overlook a couple of things that was overlooked as it being a certified preowned vehicle . Promises of things that supposed to be done was not done just a bad situation this is not my first high in car but this is the first that I feel is though service could be a lot more better and honest. I own two Jaguars and one BMW and hands-down both of those companies service was outstanding. More
