On 9/26/2020 I wrote a review regarding an $87 charge for an adjustment to the rearview mirror, that was not supposed to incur a charge. In short, I was finally contacted by MB of Ft. Washington and the $87 an adjustment to the rearview mirror, that was not supposed to incur a charge. In short, I was finally contacted by MB of Ft. Washington and the $87 was refunded. The problem was due to a miscommunication between the "front of the house and the back of the house" - so to speak - and they acknowledged it and corrected the mistake of the charge. I'd say that's a text book example of honesty and integrity as far as customer service management. I really appreciate that the dealership made this right, thank you. I would recommend them for service going forward. More

Awful process. Lease purchase. Dealer requirements were more than other dealers. And Management knew I had a challenge with a newborn and were unable to help. Very difficult process and it just should have more than other dealers. And Management knew I had a challenge with a newborn and were unable to help. Very difficult process and it just should have went smoother. The stress from the process really got to me and I expect much better service from Mercedes. I plan to purchase a new car in 2 years and will not be coming back to Fort Washington. Service team was phenomenal though. I did not work with Amy or Derek. More
