I bought a great car, Brian was good, manager Jeff was lovely. After the fact, found they hit my credit 8 times to find me a horrible interest rate with a score of over 815. I complained to them, manage lovely. After the fact, found they hit my credit 8 times to find me a horrible interest rate with a score of over 815. I complained to them, manager Daryl hung up the phone on me and manager of finance assured me it would not show up on credit. It did. My score dropped 43 points and I am now a fair risk. Beware! More

They had belittle me and raised their voice out of anger, because I respectfully told finance "you are trying to SCAM me." Used Car Purchase Experience was ok. Salesperson was ok. Process started with what appeared to be deceptive advertising. Specifically, over $1600 in additional dealer Experience was ok. Specifically, over $1600 in additional dealer charges other than tax, title and license added to what was advertised as a sales price. This was eventually removed when I complained. Also, for a Dealership that size, used vehicles are not reconditioned to the level one can pay for the. and drive off without having to spend additional cash to bring them to acceptable condition. The vehicle I bought still has clips missing from the rear bumper. More

They also sent 2 loans to TFS, so I had 2 account numbers, which has caused a tremendous amount of stress. Gary Lowe was the only person who was kind. The customer service was so poor. This transaction(s) has cost me more money and grief than I have ever had to endure with any car purchase I have made my entire life. I would never recommend this dealership. More
