I reached out to Chris LeBlanc, the internet sales manager, to get a quote on a new 2020 I would 100% recommend purchasing from Greg Leblanc Toyota! I reached out to Chris LeBlanc, the internet sales manager, to get a quote on a new 2020 RAV4 and was promptly provided the requested information. I spoke to various dealers in my search for my new SUV and Chris was by far the most pleasant to work with. He worked with me quickly to get me the info I needed and was quick to make sure all my questions were answered. As I am not local to Houma, he worked with me through email/text to make sure I was set before I came into the dealership to complete my purchase. The dealership was immaculately clean and well kept and the sales staff were warm and friendly (while respectably practicing COVID-19 care). I had no issues throughout the paperwork process with Derrick Elk and there were no surprises on final pricing and no hassling to purchase any additional unwanted features or warranties. My vehicle was promptly cleaned and fueled while I completed paperwork and keys were in hand with a smile on my face as I left the dealership.
