Excellent Experience I was in dire need of a car after mine suddenly died. I came into the building and Derrick was quick to offer my wife and I help. Derrick was straight I was in dire need of a car after mine suddenly died. I came into the building and Derrick was quick to offer my wife and I help. Derrick was straightforward and accommodating. After discussing what we were looking for he found us a great car, 2013 VW Passat. We really enjoy being able to test drive the car alone, it was nice to not have to hear a sales pitch during the test drive.. After taking the night to think it over we decided to buy the car. Derrick introduced us to Gina and I can't say enough nice things about her. Gina did everything you could possibly ask for to make sure we left that day in the car. She was patient and very kind. I would recommend Wallingford Auto Park to anyone. It's been 6 months since I bought the car and I haven't had a single issue and have been loving the car ever since. More

I am saddened to put only one star. I bought a vehicle form this dealership and after two weeks of having the car in my possession the check engine light came on. The light stated it wa I bought a vehicle form this dealership and after two weeks of having the car in my possession the check engine light came on. The light stated it was the Catalytic Converter that needed to be replaced. The boss used to drive this car back and forth to work, so I know he knew there was a problem but just kept shutting off the check engine light.. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here an I will not be buying my next car from this dealership. My sales person Derrick was great! More
