This is the worst dealership that I have ever encountered. They are incompetent, deceitful, and do not grasp the concept of customer service on any level. I would not recommend them to anyone. "A wonderful experience indeed" My sales person was friendly and welcomed me whole heartedly from the moment I walked in the door which made me feel really appreciated. From start to finish Derrick stayed right with me being very supportive and helpful. Derrick showed me automobiles that I would be comfortable with according to my budget and needs. Derrick worked very hard to get me a deal and payment that I was very happy with. Derrick had great knowledge about the automobile I purchased and assisted me with any set ups and functions before I left the lot with my beautiful "Santa Fe". Throughout the complete experience I new I was in good hand with Derrick Selby. I am very pleased with Derrick and Hyundai of Macon and would definitely send my family and friends to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. More

Dealership Failed to Uohold Purchasing Standards The Hyundai dealership failed to properly clean and detail the puchased vehicle before leaving the the car lot. An appointment was never established The Hyundai dealership failed to properly clean and detail the puchased vehicle before leaving the the car lot. An appointment was never established to bring the car back and have that particular maintenance work done. Passenger side headlamp left un-replaced, even after purchase of vehicle. This is the THIRD Hyundai brand of car that we have purchased. Our first experience was absolutely terrific (Riverside Drive in 2008). Very smoothe. The last 2 experiences have been the worst.
