My wife totaled our vehicle on a Wednesday (Everyone was OK). I called and spoke with Bill Foyhey, He said "I'm going to get my best guys on this ASAP". After I hung up the phone, 2 minutes later, Brendan f OK). I called and spoke with Bill Foyhey, He said "I'm going to get my best guys on this ASAP". After I hung up the phone, 2 minutes later, Brendan from the dealership called me. He assured me that were ready for the challenge to find a vehicle right for us, finance and be ready for delivery when we were ready. I told him to proceed. Thursday morning he called me first thing in the morning and said it was a done deal and were waiting for us to come pick up our new vehicle. Hearing those words (I shed a tear of relief) with going thru what my family went thru that day before with the accident, Lifted 1000lbs off our shoulders. We were in a situation that we weren't sure how we were going to solve it. Bill, Mark and Brendan pretty much solved our problem completely within 24 hours. That Thursday, we took delivery of our new car by 5pm. I can't say enough about Bill, Mark and Brendan. These guys are top notch!!!!! There is not a problem this dealership can't solve. They care completely 100% about the customer. I own my own business and being a boss, your business success all depends on the leadership. Bill is the best leader I've have seen to date.
