Thank you for the honest feedback — and I’m sorry for the coupon frustration. 🙏 Many newer Nissans require synthetic oil, so a conventional oil coupon won’t apply to those engines. That said, we should explain that up front and offer alternatives. Here’s what I can do right now: Apply an equivalent discount toward the correct oil service on your next visit, or load the right coupons to your account (synthetic, rotation, etc.). 💸✅ Review your vehicle’s maintenance needs so you only pay for what’s needed (sounds like the rotation-only call saved you money this time). 🛠️ Please email me and I’ll set it up before your next appointment: liz@94nissan.com.
