TERRIBLE customer service! I was told before the purchase of my vehicle that I would have a dent removed from the door and to call back in to schedule. I called repeatedly fo I was told before the purchase of my vehicle that I would have a dent removed from the door and to call back in to schedule. I called repeatedly for 2 months, trying to reach anyone that would call me back, but was unsuccessful. They also gave me a 2nd key fob that is not synced to the vehicle. I was told that would be fixed when I called to schedule the dent repair. Do not walk off the lot without having EVERYTHING you need then and there. Very upsetting to pay that much for a newer vehicle and you can't get anyone to call you back and fix what they promised. More
