My buying experience at Westside was one the easiest I’ve ever had! I inquired about the car online in the morning after spotting it on the website. Brian immediately reached out via email and let me decide how the sale would go. I appreciated the prompt response, along with his professionalism in asking my preferred method of contact and then honoring that. (Another dealer I recently interacted with did the exact opposite with 3 different over-aggressive sales people reaching out out to me simultaneously, via multiple channels to the extent of being a turn off from even wanting to do business with them.) I test drove the car that afternoon. Brian was super friendly and knowledgeable and kept everything low pressure and fun. When I decide to move forward with the purchase everyone I interacted with made sure the rest of the process was super easy. This experience reinforced why family members have also been repeat customers at Westside VW. More
