Terrible experience. I was assured a deal so I took off work and drove the 6 hour total trip only to have them tell me they couldn't help me after all. The service depar I was assured a deal so I took off work and drove the 6 hour total trip only to have them tell me they couldn't help me after all. The service department took 3 hours to perform a routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Now my truck has a wheel vibration that it didn't before. Then I was ghosted by the sales manager when I expressed my frustration with the experience. The salesperson who tried to help me, Tony was the only decent part of the experience. He seemed to genuinely care and I appreciated that. I don't recommend going to Patriot Dodge, Jeep, etc of Pryor, OK if you're car shopping. More
