Ouss, our sales associate was truly amazing!! He was the most knowledgeable sales guy we have ever seen and his attention to detail was absolutely incredible!! He went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased, that no rock was left unturned so to speak with regards to educating us about the coverage on the car AND all the fine details/gadgets in the car. WOW!!! I've owned several Toyotas and would buy one again and again from Toyota of Richardson! Also, we would like to thank Brad Clark for his hard work in making Toyota of Richardson a true customer service environment and for making us feel like family during this car buying process! My sales associate filled my order promptly and exactly. I just leased a new RAV4. The model, color and equipment that I wanted was not available at this dealership nor any of the other Toyota dealerships I just leased a new RAV4. The model, color and equipment that I wanted was not available at this dealership nor any of the other Toyota dealerships in the DFW area. My sales associate, Bruce Donnelly, went the extra mile to located the exact match in route to another dealership and was able to arrange a swap.
