AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND GETTING A NISSAN ALTOGETHER! !! Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Rogue we purchased that paint job was damaged due to an employee at the dealership hitting something in it. It !! It wasn't until after signing the paperwork before leaving that I noticed the front bumper was scraped. We we're told they would repair it. We received a call to pick it back up and soon as we looked at it the bumper was painted the wrong color. They offered us a new vehicle as a replacement that now has an engine failure recall. Not to mention this morning 02/06/26 at 7:30 AM our rear windshield spontaneously combusted while in our driveway. Thank God we didn't put our newborn in yet before it exploded. Called the dealership and got told there's nothing they can do and to file an insurance claim. Even though we have extended warranty that covers nothing! We we're told we would have to had to purchased the 3 for 1 package warranty deal that covers the entire vehicle. I did extensive research online and there is a pending class action lawsuit regarding numerous owners of 21'-25' Nissan Rogue's whose windshields exploded. Do not ever waste your time with this dealership! They do not value their customers and the minute you drive off their lot you are responsible for all the problems that come with their vehicles! More

Spoke to Josh on the phone before coming into Vaden. I wanted information on the financing for the Nissan Rogue for my granddaughter. Josh said he would have a vehicle waiting for me and he did! So we w I wanted information on the financing for the Nissan Rogue for my granddaughter. Josh said he would have a vehicle waiting for me and he did! So we were off to a great start. A Sales Associate met us, Christopher and gave us a bright hello and a rundown on the model. We test drove it in the lot. Loved the Rogue but needed safety featured. Josh qualified the model and got us into a Rogue with the right color and safety features we needed. Financial discussion was handled brilliantly but Josh and Chris. We discussed 0% vs incentives and those rates and down payment. We were able to get into an arrange I thought my granddaughter could work with. We kept her informed by text and phone as she was working. Since she could not come to us at the dealership we took a test drive to her. She loved everything about the vehicle. She got off work and drove back with us to complete the paperwork and purchase. I can not thank Josh enough for his professionalism and Chris for his budding salesmanship. Together they were a great tag team. I must say Josh knew his financials to the point where you could present him with any scenario about payments, interest , discounts. I bet he could seal a deal in his sleep and do it respectfully. More
