This our 2nd purchasing experience with Toyota of Hackensack and they keep getting better with customer satisfaction in the selling department, not failing to mention, based on past experience, that Hackensack and they keep getting better with customer satisfaction in the selling department, not failing to mention, based on past experience, that their service department is exceptional. In the Sales floor department, they kept the haggling to a minimum and I would recommend them to 1st time car buyers as well. The sales person, JP, was very patient and professional and should be given a gold medal for all the marathon running he did back and forth during the negotiation process. Great job. We are looking forward to return in 2 years or less for our 2nd Sienna's potential purchase, if a good deal can be struck. More
